Child Development Facilitator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Mother Teacher based in Noida. The Mother Teacher will be responsible for creating lesson plans, delivering engaging and age-appropriate education, and fostering a nurturing environment for young learners. The role involves teaching, guiding, and training children to help them reach developmental milestones while encouraging their creativity and curiosity. Additional responsibilities include maintaining effective communication with parents and collaborating with fellow educators to enhance the learning experience.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Lesson Planning and the ability to create engaging, age-appropriate educational activities
• Experience and expertise in Education and Teaching practices with young learners
• Effective Communication skills to interact with children, parents, and fellow educators
• Experience in Training students and assisting in holistic personality development
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with children
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related field;

teaching certification is preferred
