The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in the Mumbai region, ensuring achievement of sales targets, team performance, and effective customer engagement for our Sports Medicine division. You will act as a coach and leader for the Territory Sales Managers reporting to you.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and mentor a team of Territory Sales Managers across the region.
- Drive business development through hospital / clinic acquisition, surgeon onboarding, and distributor engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing and clinical teams to conduct workshops, CME programs, and conferences.
- Prepare and implement sales plans in alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity and proactively counter market threats.
- Maintain close contact with key customers and decision-makers to build loyalty.
- Ensure effective usage of CRM and timely submission of sales reports.
Qualifications :
