Role & Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Business Planning
- Execute the organization's sales strategy for products, solutions, and services.
- Develop and implement the Annual Business Plan (ABP) aligned with business goals.
- Drive performance strategies to achieve sales targets while ensuring sustainable growth and healthy contributory margins.
Customer Relationship Management
Build and nurture strong, credible relationships with existing and potential customers.Understand customer business needs and propose tailored solutions.Communicate product value effectively to key decision-makers.Sales & Marketing Initiatives
Introduce innovative products and solutions to the market.Engage with key stakeholders to promote value propositions and address market needs.Act as a brand ambassador to drive market awareness and positioning.Market Intelligence & Research
Monitor customer buying behavior, market demand, and government policies.Conduct market research, generate insights, and present findings to support decision-making.Prepare and deliver presentations and advocate for regulatory approvals where required.Proposal & Bid Management
Prepare and submit commercial proposals, Expressions of Interest (EOIs), and participate in tenders / bids.Coordinate with internal teams for accurate and timely proposal submissions.Client Engagement & Deal Closure
Manage pre-sales discussions, technical-commercial clarifications, and negotiations.Execute strategic actions to close deals and win business opportunities.Industry Representation
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.Represent the organization at key industry events, trade shows, and conferences in collaboration with the Sales Head.Sales Operations & Reporting
Track and follow up on leads, enquiries, and conversion pipeline.Prepare MIS reports and maintain documentation of all sales activities.Skills Required
