Position Summary

• The SAP Technology Lead is accountable for the continuous value delivery of IT Product Groups and Platforms. S / He oversees sustain, deployment, retirement and leverage and ensures the effective and efficient operational support of all internally or by a third-party managed product and platform groups in scope for the day-to-day delivery of all operational and technical planning, organization and coordination of all the required services.
• Secure partner delivery quality and value for money by providing transparent partner performance metrics (in accordance with contracts and agreed governance with the partners).
• Assess and manage risk in the partner ecosystem - involves assessing the key categories of financial, operational, compliance, strategy and geographic risks.
• Organize and Chair partner(s) governance : manage periodic reviews, share metrics, define action plans and monitor actions.
• Provides technical escalation support for specialists and Nestl suppliers to ensure service level objectives are met.
• Contribute to increasing flexibility by leveraging partners to meet growing business demand and help Nestl people to be focused on added value activities.
• Support the Product Group management to drive business value through increasing vendor productivity and managing the service risk. Provide contractual parameter input, tools, agreements to support contractual negotiations.
• Measure, monitor and provide transparency on all aspects of IT performance (product group key value indicators, IT workforce, IT transformation) to support IT and Functional / Product management's decision making.

Support / Lead the Quarterly Operation Meetings for the full scope of services.
