Role Summary
The Lead Pranaam (Sales & Operation) role is pivotal in driving the premium passenger experience services at Adani Airports, Bangalore. This position focuses on expanding B2B sales, forging corporate tie-ups, and ensuring seamless operational management of Pranaam services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote Pranaam services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture corporate tie-ups to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for Pranaam services.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pranaam services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the Bangalore market.
- Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and address operational challenges.
- Manage a team of service professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure alignment with service standards.
- Coordinate with airport operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Pranaam services within the broader airport ecosystem.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction levels.
- Contribute to the development of innovative service packages that align with Adani Airports' commitment to global standards and passenger-centric solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
Education :
Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation Management
Experience :
7+ years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitality
Skills :
CRM tools, negotiation, presentation, strategic planning
