Role Summary
The Lead Pranaam (Sales & Operation) role is pivotal in driving the premium passenger experience services at Adani Airports, Bangalore. This position focuses on expanding B2B sales, forging corporate tie-ups, and ensuring seamless operational management of Pranaam services.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to promote Pranaam services to corporate clients, travel agencies, and other stakeholders.
Establish and nurture corporate tie-ups to drive revenue growth and expand the customer base for Pranaam services.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of Pranaam services, ensuring high-quality service delivery and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns tailored to the Bangalore market.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and address operational challenges.
Manage a team of service professionals, providing leadership, training, and performance management to ensure alignment with service standards.
Coordinate with airport operations teams to ensure seamless integration of Pranaam services within the broader airport ecosystem.
Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, operational metrics, and customer satisfaction levels.
Contribute to the development of innovative service packages that align with Adani Airports' commitment to global standards and passenger-centric solutions.

Qualifications & Skills
Education :
Bachelor's in Business, Hospitality, or Aviation Management
Experience :
7+ years in sales, preferably in airport services or hospitality
