Job descriptionLead and manage the SAP implementation / migration program , including planning, execution, and monitoring Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements, scope, and system design Manage vendor relationships and third-party SAP consultants or SI partners Define and oversee the SAP project budget, resource allocation, timelines , and risk mitigation plans Ensure alignment of SAP configuration with business processes (FI / CO, MM, SD, HCM, etc.) Develop project documentation , testing protocols, and training plans for end-users Lead data migration, change management , and go-live support activities Report regularly to leadership on project status, risks, and KPIs
We are seeking a visionary and execution-focused Chief Technology Officer (CTO) & SAP Project Manager to lead our organization’s overall technology strategy and oversee the end-to-end SAP implementation or migration project . This hybrid role requires a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on project management , ensuring our technology infrastructure supports business objectives while delivering a successful, on-time, and on-budget SAP deployment.
Eligibility : -
Minimum 10 Yrs plus experience in the domain of Technology.
Leadership Skills
Leading SAP projects.
Experience of handling the technology department.
Budget : - 60LPA.
Location : - Mumbai
Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Technology Leadership (CTO) :
- Define and lead the overall IT and digital strategy aligned with business goals
- Oversee enterprise architecture , technology governance, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
- Drive technology innovation , system modernization, and digital transformation initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing IT team , ensuring alignment and accountability
- Serve as the executive liaison between IT and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment across departments
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies to support scalability, resilience, and efficiency
