Key Responsibilities :

• Technology Strategy & Leadership : Define and execute the AI and digital transformation roadmap aligned with the business vision.
• Customer Journey Digitization : Lead the end-to-end digitalization of customer touchpoints to enhance experience, efficiency, and personalization.
• AI Enablement & Innovation : Identify AI opportunities across business verticals, lead cross-domain AI implementations, and drive intelligent automation.
• Delivery & Execution : Oversee technology builds in-house or via vendor partners, ensuring scalable and compliant implementation.
• Tech Stack Governance : Guide architectural decisions, product engineering, and solution design. Coding knowledge to support critical evaluations preferred.
• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure robust data governance, security, and compliance with RBI and industry standards for :
• B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science or related field (Masters Attributes :
