Chief Technology Officer - Product Development / Systems Engineering

A leading technology company is seeking a visionary CTO to drive innovation in advanced software and hardware inspection solutions.

Reporting to the CEO, you'll define the technology roadmap, build SaaS platforms, and integrate cutting-edge tools such as AI-driven image processing and cloud-native applications.

You'll lead engineering, architecture, and IT teams, ensuring disciplined delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and Stage-Gate approaches. Collaboration with product, sales, quality, and customers will be key to shaping market-driven solutions.

Your role will balance strategy and execution - from researching emerging tech to launching products that set new industry benchmarks.

You'll hire and mentor top talent, foster a culture of innovation, and ensure operational excellence.

Ideal Profile :

• Master's / PhD in science or technology, 20+ years in product design and development, 5+ years leading R&D portfolios, strong business acumen, and experience in global technology product companies.
• Cloud & Platform : Microsoft Azure, Cloud-native development
• Programming & Frameworks : C#, .NET, C++, React, NodeJS
• Advanced Technologies : Image Processing, AI / ML Models
• Methodologies : Agile, Waterfall, Stage-Gate
