Job Title - Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized operations for Retail Banking, Corporate Banking, and Facility Management.
• Control operational losses and prevent revenue leakage.
• Implement systems to capture customer feedback, conduct RCA, and improve processes.
• Ensure timely compliance with Board and Committee commitments.
• Automate and scale processes for greater efficiency.
• Reconcile and rectify GL and intermediary accounts promptly.
• Centralize and ensure timely submission of regulatory returns.
• Optimize costs through vendor negotiation and process automation.
