Role Overview

The Manager – Client Onboarding & Success will be a key member of our Partnership & Growth function, responsible for onboarding new clients, driving retention and satisfaction, and expanding Talentoj’s footprint within the technology and startup ecosystem.

This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys building relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring consistent delivery excellence across accounts. You’ll collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to translate client goals into impactful hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Onboarding

  • Identify and research companies in the technology and startup ecosystem that are scaling teams.
  • Build structured databases of target organizations and key decision-makers (Founders, TA Leaders, CXOs).
  • Reach out and pitch Talentoj’s Talent Scouting and Strategic Hiring Solutions.
  • Convert leads into clients through consultative discussions and onboarding engagement.
  • Ensure a smooth client transition from onboarding to active delivery phase.

2. Client Success & Growth

  • Manage ongoing client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and expansion.
  • Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal delivery teams.
  • Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve potential risks or escalations.
  • Partner with clients to align on hiring goals, priorities, and key performance metrics.
  • Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and hiring patterns.
  • 3. Market Intelligence & Internal Enablement

  • Conduct continuous market and competitive research on tech hiring trends and emerging companies.
  • Share client and market insights with internal teams to refine strategies.
  • Influence the evolution of client experience, engagement frameworks, and delivery processes.
  • Represent Talentoj at virtual networking events, forums, and industry groups.
  • Qualifications

  • 1–6 years of experience in B2B Sales, Client Success, Startup Sales, or Talent Consulting / Recruitment Business Development.
  • Prior experience in Technology Recruitment or Staffing preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a performance-driven, fast-paced, and remote-first environment.
