Designation : Customer Success Specialist (Field)
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate leads from apparel manufacturers and B2B businesses in Tiruppur.
- Conduct in-person client meetings to present and demonstrate Magic AI solutions.
- Pitch, negotiate, and close subscription sales to achieve monthly revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals, referrals, and upsell opportunities.
- Continuously explore new business opportunities and expand market presence in the region.
- Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline tracking, and market feedback.
Qualifications & Requirements
Mandatory : 3+ years of proven field sales / business development experience in a B2B environment.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.Prior experience working in Tiruppur market (minimum 2 years) with strong local business connects.Language Proficiency : Tamil (fluent) and English (fluent); Hindi is an added advantage.Strong lead generation, market research, and negotiation skills .Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills .Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Experience in SaaS, tech solutions, or marketing products is a plus.Skills Required
