Job Summary :
The IT Support Executive will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing IT systems, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations. The role requires good communication skills, problem-solving ability, and basic knowledge of IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
Manage user accounts, access permissions, and email configurations.
Monitor system performance and ensure network security and connectivity.
Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems, applications, and hardware failures.
Coordinate with vendors for hardware / software repairs and maintenance.
Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
Assist with system upgrades, data backups, and antivirus management.
Support setup for meetings, video conferences, and remote access tools.
Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and maintain service logs.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
6months to 1 year of experience in IT support or a similar role.
Knowledge of Windows, macOS, and basic networking concepts (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer service skills.
