We’re seeking a hands-on Business Development Specialist to originate and close working capital (CC / OD, WCDL, LC / BG-backed) and factoring / invoice-discounting mandates for SME and mid-market clients. You will self-source opportunities, structure deals with our lender / NBFC partners, and drive end-to-end execution—from credit note preparation and documentation to disbursement and post-go-live relationship management along with your team. This role blends origination, credit sense, and operational rigor, leveraging MNS’s Business Information Reports and collections expertise to deliver fast, compliant financing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and acquire SME & Emerging Corporate clients across Manufacturing, Engineering, Chemicals, Pharma, Textiles, Logistics, and allied sectors.
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles by sector, geography, and ticket size .
- Make high‑volume outbound calls to potential B2B clients on a daily basis to build your qualification pipeline.
- Perform first-level qualification (basic financials, use-case fit, facility need, rough ticket size, timelines).
- Track and report funnel metrics (connects, replies, SQLs, meetings, show rates, acceptance rates, CPL).
- Cross-sell MNS services—Business Information Reports, receivables management / soft collections, and legal support—where relevant.
- Track sectoral trends, cluster opportunities, and competitor pricing; identify new growth pockets and partnership plays.
Requirements
1–4 years in B2B lead generation / inside sales , ideally in BFSI / fintech, working capital, or B2B lending . Proven comfort with 50+ daily touchpoints.Knowledge of basics of working-capital lending and factoring / invoice discounting (high-level understanding of use-cases, documents, and timelines).Strong with CRM, list-building, outreach sequences, Excel / Sheets; disciplined with data hygiene and activity tracking.Clear, concise writing; confident phone presence; knack for discovery questions and objection handling.Hunter DNA, target-driven, experiments-first, ethical outreach and high ownership.What We Offer :
