We’re looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) / Sales Executive to help us generate quality leads, build strong client relationships, and drive our sales pipeline to the next level.
Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold outreach, and other B2B platforms .
Identify and target potential clients for Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and MERN stack projects .
Prepare and deliver high-impact proposals and presentations.
Nurture leads through effective follow-ups and relationship building .
Collaborate with the technical team to understand client requirements and propose solutions.
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets .
Requirements
Proven experience (3+ years) in IT services or eCommerce sales.
Strong understanding of Magento, Shopify, WordPress, and custom web development .
Hands-on experience with platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM tools .
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills .
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset .
