Job description

HyperInt Tech  is hiring for its flagship product - Word of Mouth (WOM) , an AI-powered trust engine for D2C and eCommerce brands.We help online brands  build trust that converts  — through authentic reviews, proof widgets, and experiences that drive more sales. Now, we’re looking for a  Sales & Growth Executive  who can take charge of outreach, lead generation, and conversions — across India and international markets.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and connect with D2C founders & marketers
  • Run organic outreach via , WhatsApp & email
  • Pitch WOM and close clients independently
  • Build and manage lead pipelines in CRM / Sheets
  • Collaborate on growth campaigns and partnerships

Who You Are

  • 6 months – 4 years experience in  Sales / BD / SaaS / D2C tech
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Experience with outbound prospecting & cold outreach
  • Confident dealing directly with brand founders
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented — not a 9-to-5 mindset
  • Compensation

  • ₹20K – ₹30K / month (fixed)
  • Additional High incentives (performance-based, no cap)
  • Monthly & quarterly performance bonuses
  • 100% Remote (Work from Home)
