Overview
We are seeking a driven and dynamic Account Executive / Sales Executive to join our sales team. The focus will be on building new business opportunities in the US and EU markets, driving the entire sales cycle from outreach and demos to closure. This is a high-impact role aimed at generating fresh revenue streams by converting prospects into long-term clients.
Key deliverables
- Prospect, identify, and qualify new business opportunities through outbound efforts and inbound leads
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Build relationships with key decision-makers to position ManageArtworks as the preferred solution
- Drive the entire sales cycle — from outreach and pitching to negotiation and closure
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, onboarding) to ensure smooth customer acquisition
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine prospecting strategy
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Actively contribute ideas and insights during sales team meetings and training sessions
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field1–3 years of proven success in B2B hunting / new business sales, preferably in SaaS or technology solutionsPrior experience selling to international clients (US / EU markets preferred) is an added advantageDemonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding new client acquisition targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsHighly motivated self-starter with strong prospecting and lead-generation abilitiesGood organizational and time management skills with focus on resultsFamiliarity with CRM tools such as Hubspot (or similar) and other sales productivity toolsPassionate about technology and SaaS, with a drive to learn and stay ahead of global trendsWillingness to work in shifts is mandatory to align with international markets
