Head Of Product - Ai Product Studio

We’re looking for a Founding Head of Product to help us build a high-velocity AI product studio, someone who can architect the studio itself, shape the product culture from day one and lead the creation of both our own products and products we build alongside exceptional founders.

You should bring a rare mix of :

• Engineering brain - you understand how things work under the hood and can speak the language of engineering.
• Product instinct - you know what matters, what’s noise, and how to prioritize in chaos.
• Selling + storytelling - you can pitch, position, and get people genuinely excited about what we're building.

If you like running at high wattage, hate slow teams, and love turning raw ideas into real products, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Do

Build the product studio engine itself—processes, tooling, velocity, culture, and execution.

Turn raw ideas (yours, ours, and founders’) into prototypes, MVPs, and full products.

Lead multiple product bets simultaneously while maintaining clarity and momentum.

Partner directly with customers and founders to validate problems and run fast experiments.

Work hands-on with design and engineering to ship high-quality products on tight timelines.

Shape product narratives, pitch concepts, and help position both new products and the studio.

Act as a founding leader—driving strategy, quality, and speed across everything we build.

Who You Probably Are

10+ years across product and engineering-driven environments—ideally having built things end-to-end.

Comfortable switching between founder-level strategy and hands-on shipping.

Energized by ownership, speed, and solving real human problems with AI.

Someone who thrives in ambiguity and loves building new things from scratch.

High-energy, high-agency, and deeply biased toward action.

You’ve likely shipped multiple zero-to-one products—and want to do that on repeat.
