About The Role :

As Head of Autonomy, you will lead the teams responsible for building the intelligence behind our robots.

You will oversee the Robot Software, Machine Learning, and Data Annotation teams, with a focus on team structure, ownership, and execution.

Your role is to ensure that teams are aligned, well-supported, and set up to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will also serve as the Site Lead for our Bangalore office.

In this capacity, you will help shape the office culture, support coordination with global teams, and grow our presence in India's technology ecosystem.

This is a leadership role centered on building strong teams, setting direction, and ensuring consistent delivery.

You will work closely with technical leaders, but will not be expected to own low-level design or implementation.

What you'll be doing :

Technical Leadership and Strategy :

• Define and communicate the autonomy roadmap in partnership with product and technical leads.
• Ensure teams have clear goals, well-defined responsibilities, and efficient processes.
• Support planning and decision-making across autonomy, hardware, and product teams.
• Create alignment across teams while helping to resolve prioritization or execution challenges.
