Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead our product strategy, development, and execution. This role requires a deep understanding of the BFSI domain, API-based products, and the compliance-driven environment we operate in. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with hands-on product leadership, driving innovation while ensuring operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

• Product Strategy & Vision : Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with the company's business objectives and market opportunities.
• BFSI & Regulatory Alignment : Ensure all products comply with BFSI regulations, security standards, and client requirements.
• API Product Leadership : Drive the development, scalability, and adoption of API-based solutions for BFSI clients.
• Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with sales, engineering, compliance, and client success teams to deliver customer-focused products.
• Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow the product management team, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Market & Competitor Analysis : Monitor BFSI industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to guide product decisions.
• Client Engagement : Collaborate with key clients to understand needs, gather feedback, and translate it into product enhancements.
• KPIs & Metrics : Define product success metrics and track performance to ensure delivery against business goals.
