UX Strategy Lead

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a UX Design Lead located in Bhopal . The UX Design Lead will be responsible for leading the design team and projects, implementing design thinking methodologies, creating visual designs, and ensuring a seamless user experience across platforms. The role involves conducting user research, prototyping, and collaborating closely with engineering and product teams to deliver high-quality designs that meet user needs and business goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in Design Thinking and Visual Design
• Strong User Experience Design (UED) skills
• Proficiency in User Research methods and Prototyping techniques
• Hands-on experience in mobile and app design (iOS / Android)
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the tech or recruitment industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
