Description :
We are seeking a Machine Vision / Computer Vision Engineer with strong hands-on experience in TensorFlow, Object Detection, PyTorch, NumPy, and OpenCV to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge vision systems for automation and quality inspection.
Role and responsibility :
- Should have good experience on Tensorflow | Object Detection | Pytorch | Numpy | Opencv |
- Design and develop vision systems for automated inspection, measurement, and quality control.
- Configure and program machine vision software and hardware to meet project requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate vision systems with robotics and automation equipment.
- Develop and optimize algorithms for image processing, object recognition, and defect detection.
- Conduct system testing and validation to ensure accuracy and reliability of vision systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to vision systems and automation processes.
- Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel on vision systems.
- Document system designs, procedures, and maintenance protocols.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in vision technology and automation.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.Proven experience in developing and implementing vision systems in an industrial setting.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or C#.Experience with vision software platforms (e.g., HALCON, OpenCV, Cognex) and hardware (e.g., cameras, lighting, lenses).Strong understanding of image processing algorithms and techniques.Familiarity with automation technologies and robotics.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Preferred Skills :
Experience with deep learning and AI-based vision systems.Knowledge of industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ethernet / IP, Profibus).Familiarity with CAD software and design tools.(ref : hirist.tech)
