Role Summary
Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and hire top talent for the F&B sector. Drive recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent pipeline management to support organizational growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
Lead employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and industry networks.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
Mentor recruitment team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality or F&B industry.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.
Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.
In-depth understanding of labor laws and market trends in F&B.
