Description
As a key member of the Training and Knowledge Delivery Team you will be responsible for supporting the training needs of multiple functional units within Order Management. Your role involves close collaboration with Process Leads to understand evolving workflows design relevant training curricula and deliver effective learning sessions.
You will be accountable for identifying training requirements planning and executing training programs generating performance reports presenting insights to stakeholders and managing end-to-end communication and follow-ups to ensure the success of training initiatives.
