We’re looking for a Program Manager who thrives at the intersection of business operations, digital marketing, and analytics . You’ll lead cross-functional programs that enhance efficiency, optimize marketing ROI, and enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and deliver strategic, cross-functional business and marketing initiatives.
- Translate business goals into measurable projects with clear KPIs.
- Optimize operations through process improvements, automation, and data dashboards.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan, track, and optimize digital campaigns.
- Develop and manage marketing performance dashboards (CAC, ROAS, LTV, conversions).
- Analyze campaign and business data to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Partner with leadership for quarterly / annual planning and OKR alignment.
- Foster strong collaboration between marketing, sales, product, finance, and analytics teams.
What You’ll Bring
6–10 years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing analytics , preferably in tech, SaaS, or fintech.Proficiency in analytics tools (Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).Experience with marketing platforms (Google Analytics, Ads, Meta Ads, HubSpot, SEMrush).Strong project management skills with tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday.Com.Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
