We are seeking an experienced and innovative Marketing & Communications Manager to lead the company’s brand communication, digital marketing, and content initiatives. This role will be pivotal in driving brand visibility, growing user adoption for our trading app, and ensuring all marketing materials meet compliance standards.
Role Description
The Marketing & Communications Manager will develop, implement, and oversee marketing strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory frameworks. The role involves managing content creation, social media presence, digital campaigns, and customer engagement programs, ensuring all communications reflect brand integrity, clarity, and compliance.
The candidate will work closely with internal teams, product owners, and compliance officers to produce engaging, approved marketing material that builds trust and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to promote the company’s products and trading app
- Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across web, email, and social media platforms
- Produce clear, compliant marketing content including brochures, creatives, videos, social posts, and investor communications
- Obtain compliance approvals before publishing or distributing any marketing materials
- Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and YouTube
- Write and produce engaging YouTube ads, app tutorials, and digital creatives
- Coordinate app marketing initiatives to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and recommend improvements
- Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all touchpoints
- Stay updated with industry trends, SEBI / Exchange communication norms, and competitor activities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or a related field3 to 6 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital strategy, ideally in financial services, fintech, or stock brokingStrong understanding of trading, mutual funds, capital markets, and investment productsProven experience developing compliant marketing materials in a regulated industrySkills and Competencies :
Excellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative thinking with strong storytelling and brand development abilityHands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, or similarStrong project management and time management skillsAnalytical mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performanceHigh attention to detail and understanding of compliance and approval protocolsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
