Minimum Qualification : - B.E. / Diploma engg. Mechanical / Production / Instrumentation
Experience in years : Experience in the Marketing of industrial products sales is preferred.
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Management
- Lead, guide, and mentor a team of 4 members handling sample sets tooling business in the Western & Northern regions .
- Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure team efficiency in achieving set targets.
2. Business Development & Conversion Targets
Drive and achieve a minimum 50% conversion rate from sample sets to exhibit orders for tooling in the Southern region .Develop and execute strategies to improve conversion ratios through customer engagement and technical support .3. Technical Support
Provide expert technical knowledge related to tooling products to address customer requirements.Troubleshoot issues, recommend suitable solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction .4. Customer Communication & Relationship Building
Maintain professional and persuasive communication with customers for all technical correspondence.Build and sustain strong rapport with clients across Maharashtra, Gujarat, and the Northern region .5. Sales Reporting & MIS
Maintain and update various Sales Reports and MIS related to enquiries, leads, and customer accounts.Ensure timely submission of accurate reports to management .
