About the Role
The
Training &Quality Manager
willbe the capability and compliance custodian of LXMEʼsbusiness
organization. Youʼll design and deliver training programs that empower every customer-facing team — from
Sales
to
Distribution
to
Money Coach
— while ensuring excellence in quality, compliance, and customer experience.
This is a hands-on role that combinescontent creation, facilitation, quality audits, and performance enablement — to drive real, measurable improvement across sales, service,and advisory functions.
What Youʼll Build / Lead / Own
Design and maintain
LXMEʼs central trainingframework & playbook
for all teams.
Conduct
onboarding, refresher, and product certification programs
(including NISM). Develop
sales and soft-skill trainingmodules
aligned with LXMEʼs missionand tone.
Lead
QA audits
(voice and non-voice) — ensuring accuracy, compliance, and empathy in every customer interaction.
Build and maintain
quality scorecards , dashboards, and improvement plans.
Track and report
CSAT, NPS, and quality trends ; implement feedback loops with team leaders.
Partner with team heads to ensure
post-training performance uplift
and measurable ROI from enablement efforts.

Continuous NPS / CSAT improvement.
Data-backed QA reporting adopted across all CBO verticals.

A passionate trainer and meticulous quality lead rolled into one.
Comfortable designingcontent, facilitating sessions,and leading audits hands-on.
Analytical and structured — capable of linking trainingoutcomes with businessKPIs. Experienced in fintechor BFSI customer environments.

Qualifications & Experience
4–6 years of experience in
training,QA, or enablement roles
within fintech, BFSI, or customer experience domains.
Proven expertise in
sales training, call quality management, and compliance adherence.
Strong commandof
Excel / QA scorecards / presentation tools
for reports. Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Familiarity with NISM certification processes preferred.
