Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and driven Agency Sales Manager to lead our affiliate partnerships and sales operations across the West Region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong agency relationships, driving revenue growth, and expanding our affiliate network presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the West region.
- Identify, onboard, and manage agency partners to strengthen the affiliate ecosystem.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with agencies, advertisers, and publishers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyze trends, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
- Provide market insights and feedback to shape product and business strategies.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management (preferably in affiliate marketing, digital advertising, or media sales).Strong network of agency contacts in the West region.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and deliver under pressure.Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making abilities.What We Offer
