Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Recruiter based in Bengaluru, India, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified tech candidates. Responsibilities include building and maintaining talent pipelines, collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical role requirements, and employing innovative sourcing strategies. The recruiter will play a pivotal role in curating exceptional candidate experiences and ensuring alignment with Curatal's data-driven approach to hiring.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 Years of End to End to recruitment. Freshers also can apply.
• Proficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Technical Recruiting, and Sourcing candidates within the technology sector.
• Strong skills in Screening, Hiring, and Managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to consult, collaborate, and build rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset to optimize recruitment strategies and align them with organizational goals.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS platforms, and experience in tech hiring is highly desirable.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
