Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Clinic Manager at RoshniSanghvi.com. The Clinic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including managing clients, client follow ups, implementing training programs, and ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Budgeting and Training skills
• Knowledge of managing CRM
• Experience in healthcare management
• Persistent with calls and followups
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Must be ready to work in HSR 6 days a week.
