Role Overview
We are looking for a Q-commerce & E-commerce Specialist to drive growth for our brands across quick commerce and e-commerce platforms . The role involves coordination with category managers, campaign teams, and creative resources to ensure our brands achieve strong visibility, efficient inventory movement, and consistent ROAS-driven performance .
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Oversight & Optimisation
Work with platform advertising teams to monitor ongoing campaigns across all q-commerce and e-commerce platforms
Suggest new campaign ideas aligned with brand focus and consumer demand.
Optimise campaigns for ROAS, CTR, ATC → Orders conversion .
Strategic Campaign Planning
Brainstorm platform-specific campaigns considering seasonality, inventory, TG, and market focus.
Create monthly promotional calendars with clear KPIs.
Plan and brief creatives needed for each campaign (static, video, banner, etc.).
Growth Planning & Reporting
Develop a measured growth plan month-on-month with targets for revenue, ATC, and ROAS.
Benchmark performance against competitors and platform averages.
Share weekly and monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Platform & Category Coordination
Liaise with category managers across platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Instamart, Big Basket, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.).
Track and resolve stock and inventory issues in real time.
Ensure brand participation in platform-led promos, schemes, and offers .
Required Skills
Strong understanding of Q-commerce platforms (Zepto, Blinkit, Big Basket, Instamart) and E-commerce (Flipkart, Amazon) .
Familiarity with ad dashboards and campaign metrics.
Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / BI dashboards .
Strong communication and coordination skills for stakeholder management .
Analytical mindset to interpret performance data into growth actions .
