Manager, Recovery Process & Applications

Are you ready to lead the way in recovery product engineering

We are looking for Manager, Recovery Process & Applications in Recovery Technology Unit. In Recovery Technology Unit we develop, sell, and deliver recovery boilers, NCG products and burners to pulp customers globally.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading Recovery product engineering team. You oversee and empower the team to engineer and develop high-performing products to meet and exceed our customers' needs. Your leadership will ensure that engineering efforts are strategically aligned, customer-focused, and capable of delivering long-term value. You are directly managing our Process and Applications department and closely working together with global network of customer applications professionals. You will be part of Recovery TU management team and report to Recovery TU head. Your place of work can be in any of our major locations in Finland, Sweden, or India.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensuring high quality product engineering in sales and delivery projects within budget and schedule
• Developing customer applications competences
• Allocating resources for sales and delivery projects
• Delegating responsibilities and overseeing the work of experts, providing guidance and motivation to drive performance
• Development of work processes and tools

Requirements

We are seeking a results-driven, customer centric professional with strong background in pulp technology and pulp mill processes.
