About the Role : We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager – Software Engineering to lead a cross-functional team of engineers and developers focused on building scalable web applications and optimizing our Salesforce platform. This role combines strong leadership, technical acumen, and hands-on experience with both modern full-stack development and Salesforce ecosystem. Key Responsibilities : Leadership & Strategy

• Lead and mentor a team of full stack developers and Salesforce engineers.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve development best practices, code quality standards, and team workflows.
• Partner with product, QA, and business stakeholders to align technical initiatives with company goals.
• Drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and delivery of strategic projects across platforms.
