Role Overview

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own and lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and programmatic platforms. Your role will be key in accelerating our growth and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across digital platforms.
• Optimize campaign performance based on clear KPIs : ROI, CAC, CTR, conversions, etc.
• Leverage A / B testing, retargeting strategies, and audience segmentation to maximize impact.
• Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to create high-converting landing pages and ad creatives.
• Manage ad budgets effectively and report on performance insights and growth opportunities.
• Explore new platforms and tools to stay ahead in the performance marketing landscape.
• Analyze data deeply and translate insights into strategic decisions.
