Description : About the Role :

We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-focused Director of Growth & Performance Marketing to drive learner acquisition, conversion, and retention across digital channels.

This is an individual contributor role ideal for a senior performance marketer who thrives on hands-on execution, data, and funnel optimization in a fast-paced environment.

You will own the full-funnel performance strategy and execution across paid channels and work closely with cross-functional teams to drive measurable impact on business growth

Key & Paid Marketing Execution

• Plan, execute, and scale paid marketing campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta, LinkedIn, and affiliate platforms.
• Optimize campaigns for CAC, ROAS, conversion rates, and cost-efficiency across learner cohorts.
• Manage media budgets and allocation across channels to maximize growth within performance targets.
