Overview
We are looking for a Growth Enablement Lead who will play a pivotal role in driving workforce growth, ensuring smooth hiring operations, and serving as a trusted bridge between our delivery teams, the CWP (Contingent Workforce Program) team, and the customer. This role requires someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of technology to function as a pseudo account manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain a comprehensive tracker of all open roles, including ageing, rate cards, hiring status, and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate closely with the CWP (Contingent Workforce Program) team to ensure seamless hiring and onboarding.
- Partner with internal hiring teams to expedite recruitment, selection, and feedback cycles.
- Act as a pseudo Account Manager, understanding the customers technology landscape and aligning talent needs accordingly.
- Collaborate under the guidance of the regional Account Manager to effectively navigate and fulfill critical business requirements.
- Ensure timely and professional communication with all stakeholders, driving transparency and accountability in the hiring lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation related to onboarding and workforce management.
- Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, reflecting professionalism, confidence, and a customer-first orientation.
Qualifications & Skills
5- 8 years of experience in talent operations, workforce management, or customer engagement roles.Strong understanding of technology hiring and workforce dynamics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and manage stakeholders at multiple levels.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams while maintaining a customer-first approach.Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.Why This Role?
