Job description

Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and support of EC modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end SF EC projects, integrations, and business process optimization across multiple geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

  • Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • At least 2 to 3 full-cycle EC implementation projects completed.
  • Strong knowledge of Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and events.
  • Experience in data migration, integration (SAP CPI / Dell Boomi / APIs), and master data management.
  • Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules.
  • Perform system configuration, testing, and data migration activities for EC and related modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into system configurations.
  • Manage integration points with other SF modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.) and external HR systems.
  • Ensure system data integrity, quality, and compliance with HR and IT standards.
  • Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system improvement.
  • Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.
  • Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams and end-users.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements, interfaces, and custom solutions.
