Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (SF EC) Consultant with a strong background in implementation, configuration, and support of EC modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end SF EC projects, integrations, and business process optimization across multiple geographies.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
- At least 2 to 3 full-cycle EC implementation projects completed.
- Strong knowledge of Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and events.
- Experience in data migration, integration (SAP CPI / Dell Boomi / APIs), and master data management.
- Certification in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team environment.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and deliver end-to-end implementations of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) modules.Perform system configuration, testing, and data migration activities for EC and related modules.Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into system configurations.Manage integration points with other SF modules (Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, etc.) and external HR systems.Ensure system data integrity, quality, and compliance with HR and IT standards.Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure continuous system improvement.Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and user training materials.Conduct workshops and knowledge transfer sessions with client teams and end-users.Collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements, interfaces, and custom solutions.(ref : hirist.tech)
