Job description

Provide support for Recruiting Management RCM and Onboarding ONB modules

Assist in troubleshooting system issues and resolving configurationrelated queries

Work with HR teams to ensure a smooth hiring and onboarding process

Optimize system performance by conducting regular health checks

Document solutions and contribute to knowledge base for issue resolution

Perform as an individual contributor with complete accountability for assigned tasks

Should have worked on Data Mapping activities from RCM to ONB to EC

Required Skills

4 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors RCM ONB 10 and 20

Min 1 or 2 Implementation and support in each module

Strong understanding of recruitment workflows offer management and candidate pipelines

Experience in handling Onboarding 20 configurations and compliance requirements

Ability to work with technical teams on integration and data migration issues

Strong customer orientation and excellent communication presentation and conflict resolution skills

Certification in SF RCM RMK ONB10 and ONB 20 Module is MUST
