(High Salary) Head of Fundraising

Head of Fundraising ( Salary : 1L-1.2L / month (negotiable), full time, 6 days a week, on-site)

Founded in 2010 by four passionate animal lovers, YODA (Youth Organization in Defence of Animals) is a registered charity based in Mumbai. YODA is dedicated to making human-animal co-existence better through various initiatives aimed at preventing animal cruelty. The organization provides prompt medical services for abandoned, injured, or ill-treated homeless animals and offers behavioral rehabilitation for those mentally disturbed. YODA also shelters and rehabilitates homeless or elderly animals, performs vaccinations and sterilizations to reduce the stray population, and works to raise awareness and educate the public on these critical issues.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for the Head of Fundraising at YODA. The role involves developing and implementing fundraising strategies, managing relationships with major donors, and organizing fundraising campaigns and events. The individual will also be responsible for securing philanthropy and charitable contributions, as well as ensuring effective communication with stakeholders. This is an on-site role based in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Experience in Major Donors and Philanthropy
• Skills in Communication and Fundraising
• Knowledge of Charities and Non-Profit Organizations
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong leadership and team management abilities
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field
• Proven track record in securing large donations and funding
• Has an existing network of individuals and organisations to tap into
