Senior Manager - Partnerships and Fundraising

Anudip Foundation, a leading Indian skills development nonprofit is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join its team as a Senior Manager for Partnerships and Fundraising for its programs for People with Disabilities (PwDs). The successful incumbent will report to our VP - Training and Operations

Responsibilities :

• Establish partnerships with corporate and government organizations to identify opportunities and secure funding for Anudip in the PwD space.
• Manage relationships with clients by communicating regularly about the work performed, thereby creating long term support for Anudip.
• Create and deliver proposals and presentations to be used as effective fundraising tools for connecting with clients.
• Manage the portfolio of clients to convert leads into grant income.
• Utilize various outreach methods including face-to-face meetings, emails, LinkedIn, phone calls, walk-ins, and other innovative sales strategies to connect with potential corporate donors, keeping the objective of fundraising in mind.
• Collaborate internally with program and leadership teams to align outreach activities with organizational goals and programs.
• Represent Anudip in corporate forums, events, and stakeholder meetings to promote partnerships and brand awareness.
