About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy to lead the end-to-end brand narrative, product positioning, and omnichannel marketing strategy for our client, a fast-growing digital-first D2C brand. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a customer-obsessed storyteller, and a data-savvy brand custodian who can drive both brand equity and commercial outcomes. This is a Leadership level role reporting directly to the Founder / CEO and offers the opportunity to shape the next phase of brand growth, innovation, and market leadership.

Location : Bangalore

Experience Required : 6–12 years of leadership experience in Brand, Marketing, and Growth Strategy

Industry Preference : FMCG, FMCD, D2C, Personal Care, Skincare, E-commerce

Pedigree college preferred
