ADIIVA is a lean, high-impact startup working at the intersection of two major technological innovations - LLMs and Robotics. With our first office in Bangalore, we are looking to hire a Creative Strategist - Audio & Visuals, that will help us build a revolutionary product that transforms how children learn.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of our founding team, you’ll help shape ADIIVA’s journey from vision to reality. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role perfect for someone who loves creating, experimenting and iterating fast. You’ll work closely with the Marketing and Product teams to bring ideas to life through storytelling (audio and video), audio / video post production and social-first content.

This is a full time role based in Bengaluru (on-site).

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan and execute a content strategy across formats (social media, GTM collateral, blogs, podcasts, newsletters)
• Ideate, script, shoot and edit content including reels, videos, carousels, short form and long form videos
• Create audio stories with clear narration, background music, sound effects and appropriate pacing
• Use AI tools for script, voice and music generation
• Maintain consistency in tone, clarity and learning values across content
• Collaborate with influencers to create content that is aligned with the brand guidelines
• Coordinate with freelancers like voice over artists, designers
• Deliver fast, clean, platform-ready outputs
• Analyze content performance and iterate based on insights to improve engagements and conversions
