Job description

HIRING FOR UHG PROCESS – BPO

Location : Andheri / Malad

Process : US Healthcare

Role : Customer Service / Claims & Insurance Support

Eligibility :

  • Graduate / Post Graduate (Freshers welcome)
  • HSC with minimum 1 year of BPO experience (International voice preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Willing to work in Night Shifts (US Rotational shifts)
  • Comfortable with Voice Process

Salary : Up to ₹42,000 In-Hand (depends on last drawn & experience) + Performance Incentives

Shift & Week Off :

  • 5 Days Working (2 Rotational Week Offs)
  • US Shift Timings
  • Key Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls related to healthcare claims, insurance, and member inquiries
  • Assist with claim status, policy benefits, billing, and coverage verification
  • Provide accurate and complete information while ensuring quality service
