Job description

Job Title : Support Analyst (EDI - Logistics Domain)

Location : Hyderabad

Experience : 2- 5 Years

Joining : Immediate

Key Responsibilities :

Provide functional support & troubleshoot EDI production systems
Monitor production systems and proactively identify issues
Manage and resolve tickets within SLAs
Prepare reports related to the support process for management
Collaborate with Business Analysts & Developers on bug fixes and enhancements
Perform RCA and work with technical teams on preventive measures

Required Skills :

EDI Application Support experience (preferably in Logistics industry)

Strong knowledge of EDI standards, process flow & SQL

Hands-on experience with Sterling Integrator / WebMethods / Axway B2Bi & Sentinel

Familiarity with APIs, Postman & ITSM tools (ServiceNow, WHD, etc.)

Excellent problem-solving & debugging skills

Education :

Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
