The Role :

We are seeking a Senior Testing Manager to lead our QA team and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in manual and automated testing, along with proven leadership skills in managing QA processes and teams in an agile setup.

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and execute testing strategies, plans, and automation frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and guide the QA team to ensure timely and quality releases.
• Oversee all types of testing - functional, regression, performance, and integration.
• Manage test documentation, defect tracking, and quality metrics reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth product delivery.
• Drive test automation initiatives and integrate testing with CI / CD pipelines.
