Senior Test Manager

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end test development for DCDC and PMIC products from design handoff to high-volume production
• Define and implement test strategies, including ATE planning, silicon characterization, and production ramp
• Specify Design-for-Test (DFT) requirements and align with design teams for optimal test coverage
• Oversee development of test hardware (load boards, probe cards) and software (test code, automation)
• Continuously optimize test cost, cycle time , and production yield
• Manage reliability, corner case, and qualification testing per industry standards (automotive, industrial, consumer)
• Coordinate with foundries and test vendors to ensure a smooth and efficient test flow
• Mentor and lead test engineers to foster innovation and team performance
• Ensure compliance with AEC-Q100 and other applicable quality standards
