Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Team Lead at Bexomi Technologies Private Limited. The Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of professionals, ensuring project deliverables and deadlines are met. Responsibilities include coordinating team activities, monitoring progress, providing mentorship, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration. The Team Lead will also participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in team management and leadership
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Technical proficiency in cybersecurity, AI-driven anomaly detection, Blockchain technology, and Smart Contracts
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
• Experience in smart city initiatives is a plus
