Manager - HSEF

Role Overview :

• HSEF Strategy : Develop, implement, and communicate the organization's health, safety, environmental, and sustainability strategies and policies
• Compliance : Ensure that the organization complies with all relevant health, safety, environmental, and sustainability regulations, standards, and laws
• Risk Assessment : Conduct risk assessments to identify potential hazards and environmental impacts within the workplace and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Incident Management : Manage and investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events
• Develop action plans to prevent recurrence
• Safety Training : Develop and implement safety training programs for employees to promote safe practices and behaviors
• Environmental Management : Oversee environmental programs, including waste management, emissions reduction, and sustainability initiatives such as energy conservation and carbon footprint reduction
• Health and Wellness : Promote employee health and wellness programs, including ergonomic assessments and mental health support
• Emergency Preparedness : Develop and maintain emergency response and evacuation plans to ensure employee safety during emergencies
