Global Inclusion Leader

We are seeking a results-driven Global Inclusion Leader to drive our regional For All teams across EMEA, Canada, LATAM, and APAC.

Key Responsibilities :

• Partner with global and regional leadership to develop and refine the global WWT For All strategy.
• Translate global goals into regionally relevant policies and practices.
• Stay informed on international best practices, laws, and cultural norms to ensure compliance and relevance.
• Oversee employee resource groups (ERGs) / affinity networks globally.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to senior leadership across geographies.
• Engage with local teams, country managers, and regional leaders to understand needs and barriers.
• Develop internal communications to raise awareness, celebrate progress, and build buy-in.
• Define goals and outcomes to track WWT For All progress globally.
• Promote culture of belonging aligned with WWT's core values.
• Analyze feedback with regional leads to develop appropriate follow-up actions.
• Manage program budgets for international WWT For All initiatives.
• Manage vendor and partner relationships.
• Oversee logistics for global events, training, travel, and other operational needs.
